Position Responsibilities

eServices Group has a proven track record of delivering high quality products to our customer base. This full-time, salaried position will lead a section of our product development team. The architect will be responsible for technical architecture models, design, implementation and testing of modular products implemented with J2EE that plug into a Services Oriented Architecture designed to manage healthcare information and business processes. Specifically, s/he will:

• Use selected tools to model, design, document and communicate the technical architecture of product modules being built that must plug into a services oriented architecture.
• Relate design to implementation that will use the latest tools and techniques related to J2EE, EJB 3.0, Java, JSF, XML, JMS, Rules Engine, Web Services, Databases, Caching, SOA, ESB, Open Source and Identity Management
• Contribute towards and have a direct impact on the success of our product-focused organization.

Job Qualification Requirements:

• Experienced with J2EE and object-oriented design
• Experienced with UML and related architectural tools
• Experienced in the complete software development lifecycle
• Familiar with SOA, Data Modeling, EJB 3.0, Open Source, and J2EE application server environments
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, in gathering information and communicating direction
• Demonstrable skills in algorithm development and problem solving
• Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills
