Position Responsibilities

eServices Group has a proven track record of delivering high quality products to our customer base. This full-time, salaried position will provide insight and leadership regarding the analysis of healthcare administrative business processes from both an as-is and should-be perspective. The analyst must be able to work with customers and other analysts in the identification of requirements, analysis of business process, and be open to new approaches and ideas. The analyst must be able to help differentiate between one-time customer requirements and fundamental business processes. Specifically, s/he will:

• Work with other analysts both internal and external to understand issues, processes and requirements.
• Use selected tools to model, design, document and communicate the business processes and requirements.
• Work with technical staff throughout software lifecycle to update processes and requirements as necessary
• Have ability to significantly influence product features, capabilities and direction
• Contribute towards and have a direct impact on the success of our product-focused organization.

Job Qualification Requirements:

• Have experience with healthcare administrative systems and processes
• Experienced with both desktop and web-based business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, in gathering information and communicating direction
• Project management experience
• Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills
